About company: multinational group of agricompanies. We are looking for HR generalist  to the plant, total headcount 165.

Responsibilities

• HR administration
• Compliance trainings
• Recruitment (placing ads, telephone calls to candidates, interviews, work with recruiting agencies);
• Preparation of local and corporate HR reports.;
• Working with 1C- staff system;
• Maintenance of employees' personnel files;
• Benchmarking analyses;
• Charity projects arrangements;
• Cooperation with bank on employees' salary cards;
• Tracking overtime hours;
• Cooperating with all departments on day-to-day basis
• Prepare job descriptions, job offers, employment contracts, and assignment letters;
• Supporting Trainee, Expat, Internship program, etc

The candidate

• The successful candidate will possess the following:
• University degree in Economics, HR,
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• English fluent is a must
• MS Office, 1C, experienced user
• Responsible, analytical abilities, able to work multitasks, team player, attentive to details, quick learner, flexible
